· Use current sales to compare similar properties,
· Clearly explain the Purchase & Sale Agreement and all addendums,
· Aggressively negotiate all terms of the sale,
· Facilitate everything from the initial offer all the way through closing,
· Attend the home inspection and re-negotiate when we need to,
· Review the settlement statement with you and attend the closing,
· AND, always be available for questions and/or concerns after you
are moved into your new home.
